What to Expect
Stepping into a new healing space can bring up a mix of excitement and curiosity. Whether you are joining for a Reiki & energy healing session or a Slow Flow Yoga class, my goal is to create a safe, gentle, and grounding environment where you can completely unwind.
You are always in the driver's seat of your own experience. Here is a little guide on how to prepare and what you can expect when we work together.

Energy work is a deeply personal and restorative experience. Whether you are joining me in the studio or receiving a session remotely, you remain fully clothed the entire time while resting comfortably in a safe space.
In-Person: You will rest comfortably on a massage table.
At Home (Distance Healing): You are invited to create a peaceful sanctuary for yourself—perhaps lying on your bed, a yoga mat, or relaxing in a favorite armchair.
The Process: I will use a combination of light, non-invasive touch (or hovering hands, depending entirely on your comfort level and the setting) to help facilitate relaxation and balance your energy flow.
What it feels like: Everyone experiences energy work differently. You might feel a gentle warmth, a cool breeze, tingling sensations, or simply a profound sense of deep physical and mental rest. Some clients drift off to sleep, while others experience quiet emotional releases—all of these responses are completely welcome and normal.

Trauma-informed, mindful practices tailored specifically to your body and current needs.
Fully Customized: Sequences adjusted to target areas of tension, recovery, or gentle stretching. Or whatever your goals might be,
Your Autonomy: Modifications and resting poses encouraged—you know your body best.
The Atmosphere: Slow-paced, breath-centered practice focused on internal ease over performance.

If there is anything specific you are wondering about that isn't covered here, please feel free to reach out. I am always happy to connect before your session.
After Your Session

Healing and gentle movement can leave your body feeling soft, open, or slightly tired as your nervous system integrates the experience.
Integration: Drink plenty of water and try to give yourself a little breathing room after your session if you can. Taking a quiet walk, resting, or journaling can be wonderful ways to support your integration.
